This journal came together after I had started creating a ton of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tutorials as a hobby and figured I should bring them all together in one place.

At Gracie Barra Tampa under Eduardo de Lima.
How long have you been training?
I’ve been training since May 2004.
When did you get your purple belt?
End of December 2006.
Can I request a tutorial?
Sure. I’m always open to suggestions, but I try to stick to moves I know, so I can’t cover everything.
