Stupid Simple Series
One of my favorite series of moves are what I call “stupid simple”, but do not misconstrue as an insult to the quality of the techniques. It’s just that they are so simple that it’s almost stupid. In this case, what’s so stupidly simple about them is how each is a sweep that’s pretty much “pull the arm, push out the knee”. You’ll see this basic movement in all of them.
