		<description>Good to hear. I actually sprained my MCL or possibly tore it slightly Jun &#039;09. No insurance so can&#039;t be quite sure how bad I actually hurt it. I can do technique work, but it still bothers me to the point that any pressure on it, i.e. someone pushing on my knee to pass guard, etc. makes it feel like I hurt it all over again. It&#039;s tough being sidelined.

Anyway, glad your knees healing up and you&#039;re able to do some training.</description>
