Have you seen the entry that Rick Estrada shows on subfighter?  He basically get the &quot;guillotine grip&quot; with his overhooking arm gripping the arm around the head.  He will then use his elbow as a pivot on the back of the head and pull the overhooking hand through straight to the &quot;short man&#039;s brabo&quot;.  if you&#039;ve used it, let me know what you think.  if not, give it a shot.  I find its an easy way to keep pressure and get my hand through.
